This blanket is from my mom to the new baby that is coming in May! My lil sis is also having a baby in June and we put together her blanket the day that we got together. We did not have time to do mine so I did it over the last two days. 
Of course I could not follow the pattern, I had to be different, so I changed up how big the squares were and cut out flowers using my cricut instead of using the patterns flowers. This is the first quilt that I have done that actually lined up all the way throughout. The first rag quilt that I did I think there was probably about 9 strips and the difference in lenght between the shortest and longest strip was probably 6 inches. Yeah, it was way, way off.
So now 5-10 quilts later (who knows how many really) I actually am getting somewhere. Let me know what you think.
